My passion for consuming authentic, exotic and daring ethnic dishes knows no bounds other than the city limits of the Greater Toronto Area (for now). It’s not that I don’t wish to travel the world like my idol, Anthony Bourdain, and eat the food. The opportunity hasn’t manifested yet. Until then, I’ll continue to dig in my own backyard called Toronto for some of the deliciousness you will see here.

My story started in Singapore where I was born and raised for 11 years. You would think that immigrating to Canada was a drastic change to my daily diet. I prefer to see it as getting the best of both worlds – combining my food sense from the east and west. I also like to travel.. and to date, I’ve eaten a total of 9 Michelin stars so far. It’s a project of mine to add more Michelin stars to that total continuously.
